About Macie

I love helping with kids because they bring me so much joy. I love helping them grow, making sure they feel safe, and having fun with them. Every child is different, and it's really rewarding to build trust and be part of their lives! I have nannied for a family of four kids, ages 6 months to 12 years, for the past three summers. I also volunteer at Adam's Camp, an overnight summer camp for kids and teens with special needs ages 7 to 18. These experiences taught me how to be patient, flexible, and supportive with kids of all ages and abilities! I'm experienced with infant care, creative play, conflict resolution, and supporting kids with special needs. I'm responsible, energetic, and truly love working with children. My goal is always to create a safe, positive, and fun environment for every child I care for!!! I am a senior at Kent Denver School right now and will be attending The University of Wisconsin in the fall!
