About Mackenzie

Hi! I'm Mackenzie. I'm a dependable, experienced caregiver with 8+ years of hands-on experience working with children ages 2-12. My background includes coaching gymnastics for 4 years, nannying for a family with three boys under 6, and working in both classroom and childcare settings. I've also spent years serving in children's ministry and youth leadership, so I'm very comfortable managing multiple kids and different personalities. Childcare has always been a part of my life, I grew up helping my mom with nannying and currently live with my younger sister, so being around and caring for kids comes naturally to me. Outside of childcare, I work in event coordination, which has made me extremely organized, reliable, and calm under pressure-qualities I bring into every home.
