About Macy

I don’t have enough kind words to say about Macy. She worked for us in 2016, helping with transportation for our 10 year old and supporting with homework. We immediately thought of her again when we were expecting, and she now helps us with our 13 month old son. I’m genuinely surprised by the one negative review in a sea of glowing feedback that shows how much Macy is loved by her families. Macy went through a very difficult situation during her time with us when her car was shot at, and I was amazed at her professionalism and honesty. She kept all of her families informed, even though she had no obligation to. Importantly, no children were ever with her at the time, and she followed every proper step afterward. She had the misfortune to be one of three incidents on I-5 last December. That’s why I’m confused why said reviewer made it sound like she was actively involved and not the hurt party. Who uses an incident like that against someone? Despite how upsetting the experience was, Macy still showed up for work for not only my family but said reviewed as well and continued supporting her families with the same dedication and care as always. That level of commitment is rare. I clearly remember her strength during that time and how she prioritized the well-being of the children despite what she was dealing with. Bottom line — the kids love Macy. She has been such a blessing to our family. If you want the best care for your children, hire Macy.
