About Madalyn

I'm 25, married, and a mom. As the 2nd oldest of 7 kids, childcare has always been a natural part of my life. I began babysitting at 12 and have over a decade of hands-on experience with kids of all ages. I have worked as a babysitter, childcare team member at Life Time Fitness, infant preschool teacher, live-in nanny, full-time nanny, and house manager, giving me a well-rounded background in both childcare and household support. I also bring a strong professional background from working at a law firm for 6 years which strengthened my organization, communication, and time-management skills. I'm currently working remotely in that role but seeking a nanny or house manager position that allows me to bring my baby while supporting their family. I value routines, developmentally appropriate play, limited screen time, and clear communication. I'm happy to help with light housekeeping, meal prep, laundry, and errands. I don't smoke, have a clean driving record, and am comfortable with pets.
