Maddie is the one baby sitter we trust with putting our aged 2 and 4 boys to bed and picking them up from daycare. Her experience in day cares makes her very patient, non-reactive, and good at redirecting poor behavior etc...She follows instructions but is also good at figuring it out when there isn't a clear directive.
