About Madeline

Hi! I'm Madeline. I have 10+ years of paid childcare experience. I have always loved being around children and as soon as I was old enough I started babysitting and Nannying through college. When I graduated I became a behavioral therapist for children with autism ages 2-14 for several years. Recently I left my role coordinating a level one pediatric trauma surgical unit in Indianapolis. During my years of working in the fields of pediatrics I have seen/ experienced/ and been thoroughly trained in scenarios I hope to never go through again but feel equipped to handle if I were to. My method of approach with any child is love, patience, and understanding. I am currently looking for a part time Nanny position with a family near where I live!
