About Madeline

I have been working with children in a volunteer or professional capacity since I was 16. In high school I volunteered with children at University Hospitals, and I tutored middle schoolers in math while attending OSU. For two summers, I worked at the Rocky River Recreation Center as a Day Camp Counselor and then as an assistant supervisor. My most recent job has been as a substitute teacher with CMSD, predominantly in PK-8 schools, but I can and do work with any grade. I have also been in multiple Special Education classrooms. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children, ages 4 and up. I communicate through written daily reports (email or text) and verbal communication at pickup. I am happy to follow your lead when enforcing household rules. I enjoy being outdoors, playing board games, and puzzles. My skills include cooking, meal preparation, light housekeeping, carpooling, and swimming supervision. I am also trained in First Aid and Adult and Pediatric CPR.
