With four years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide, I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My goal is to provide compassionate, detail-oriented care, while respecting each person's individuality. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience. I'm skilled in transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I communicate with families using their preferred method, including written daily reports. CPR and First Aid Training complete my qualifications.
