About Madelyn

Hello! I'm a college graduate with a degree in theatre and a minor in special education looking to continue working in childcare! I've babysat and nannied throughout my life, have worked in numerous classroom environments with kids of varying ages. I've have experience working with children on the autism spectrum and varying intellectual and developmental disabilities. I'm creative, energetic, love music and cooking, spending time outside, and being around kids. My last nannying gig lasted about 1. 5 years, and I'm still on wonderful terms with that family. I'm currently looking for a part-time job, with some flexibility surrounding the amount of hours. Qualities I look for in an employer are good communication, collaborative problem solving, respect and kindness! I have a few great references I can offer upon request, and am happy to do paid trials for a lower hourly rate. I also would prefer to be on the books.
