The facility I was employed at had about 75 residents. I assisted residents with everyday tasks such as setting up for the day, eating, walking, and keeping them company. I greatly appreciated working and talking with my residents, and formed a unique bond with many of them. Before I moved out of state, I took care of my two grandparents as well. I helped them with cooking, cleaning, taking medication, and making appointments. I have grown to love and cherish supping older adults in any way I can. I truly enjoy the company I can bring and they give. I am comfortable being around pets!
