About Madison

Hi! I'm Madison, a childcare professional with 15+ years of hands-on experience caring for infants through school-age children. I began babysitting as a teen and went on to become a lead preschool teacher, where I managed 29 students and three assistant teachers while completing my Associate's in Early Childhood Education and Bachelor's in Human Services. I bring structure, creativity, and genuine care to every family I work with. Whether we're exploring nature, doing crafts, or working on early learning milestones, I make sure each day is safe, engaging, and full of fun. Families appreciate that I'm reliable, organized, and proactive. I'm CPR/first aid trained, comfortable with meal prep, and happy to handle routines like school pickups, bedtime, and household tasks. My background also means I understand child development deeply and can help kids grow socially and academically.
