About Madison

Hi, I'm Madison! I'm a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a master's degree in Behavior Analysis, a bachelor's in Child Development, and over 10 years of experience caring for children from newborns to preschoolers. I've worked in preschools, supported families through Missouri First Steps, and provided care for children with and without special needs. I believe little ones thrive when they feel safe, loved, and know what to expect. I use gentle structure and consistent routines to help them feel secure, while keeping plenty of room for creativity, play, and joy. Watching children grow, meet milestones, and discover the world is truly my favorite part of what I do. When I'm not with kids, you'll find me enjoying time with my family, walking my dog, or baking something sweet to share. .
