About Madison

I am the oldest of four children and grew up in a home where my mom ran an in home daycare, which gave me hands on experience caring for children of many ages, personalities, and abilities, including children with various disabilities. I am very loving, patient, and sweet by nature, and I truly enjoy helping children feel safe, supported, and cared for. I take childcare seriously and treat every child with the same kindness and respect I would want for my own. While I hope to have children of my own someday, for now I am passionate about providing attentive, nurturing care and making sure other families' children are well cared for and valued. I'd describe my personality as happy, silly, and attentive. I started working with kids when I was honestly young. In my spare time, I like to workout. Go on hikes. Go to parks. I do a lot of studying and reading as well. My skills include patience, strong communication, and empathy.
