About Madison

Recently, I was a patient in MICU during my stay in the hospital. Madison, PCA, was assigned to care for me several days. I was immediately impressed with Madison‘s efficiency in effectively monitoring my vital signs, assisting me with my personal care, and communicating my questions and concerns to my nurse. She was respectful, compassionate, relatable in spite of the vast difference in our ages. She showed excellent critical care skills, made suggestions, and was proactive in meeting my needs and in making my visitors, feel welcome. She would quickly answer my call lights and would not leave the room without asking, “is there anything else I can get you or do for you?” I would highly recommend Madison without hesitancy as an affable, smart, and trustworthy advocate for patients and coworkers alike. It was a pleasure to be taken care of by such an outstanding PCA.
