I always follow a family's preferred method of communication regarding their loved one's well-being. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me when building a connection with a care recipient. I have experience de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion or agitation, and incorporating memory care activities. I have a college degree and one year of experience.
