For over 10 years, I've been helping students unlock their potential. My graduate degree and certifications, including Student Accommodation Plans (504), allow me to provide tailored support. I speak Spanish fluently. I believe in fostering a love for learning by building confidence and empowering students with critical thinking skills. I adapt my teaching to each student's unique style through active listening and diverse strategies. I keep students motivated by connecting challenging topics to real-world examples, celebrating small wins, and breaking down complex problems. Open communication is essential, building trust and ensuring we're all working together. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment is the most rewarding part of tutoring. I am a certified teacher and can help with Math, Science, and Study Skills for elementary and middle school students. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
