I have one year of experience providing care. I am patient, calm, compassionate, friendly, and approachable. I understand the importance of adapting to changing routines and de-escalating stressful situations. I handle confusion, agitation, and behavioral changes with care. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. I have a high school degree, am CPR and First Aid trained, and can assist with errands and shopping. I hope to bring comfort and support to your family, just as I would for my own.
