Over the past 13 years, I've learned how to patiently deal with kids that have challenging personalities, I also have experience in taking care of kids with Autism and ADHD.
I'm good at making arts and crafts and coming up with new games and ideas to keep kids entertained. Teaching piano and educational arts and crafts!
I'm responsible, caring, patient, and punctual. 
I am fully vaccinated and just recently got the flu shot.
I am very flexible with families routines, morals and parenting styles. So I'll be raising your kids the way you want.
My major is psychology/kids psychology. besides my major requirements I've done lot of self study in that area and I'm in the process of obtaining some certifications at Udemy academy.

Mahsa (or Baran as she goes by), has been an amazing nanny for our family for several months now, helping both during mornings, daytime, and with bedtime routines for our kiddos. She is extremely caring and professional, and goes out of her way to make sure that kiddos are safe, feel included, and are raised in alignment with what the parents are looking for. She is very helpful around the home and able to multitask effectively while maintaining a safe and engaging environment for our kids. She is trustworthy, dependable, communicates well, and loves kids and animals. We love having her support and highly recommend her!

Mahsa did a really good job helping us taking care of our 2 month old son. She was not only patient and kind to the baby but also really knowledgeable in understanding the baby’s need and educated us well in taking good care of the baby. She pointed us what we did wrong when we fed the baby and also mentioned the room was too bright for the baby to take naps. The baby is really happy and keeps smiling when staying with Mahsa. 
I would definitely recommend Mahsa if you are looking for a skillful nanny especially for early month babies! 

Mahsa has been our child’s caretaker for over a year and a half, and over this time, has truly become part of our family and integral to her upbringing, especially during our child’s formative years of development. Mahsa is first and foremost impressively creative - she is a masterful artist and brings this skill forward in the crafts and activities that she deigns.  We have a whole book of incredible artwork from both her and our child that is so special to us. She additionally has an incredible ability to be calm and reassuring especially during toddler meltdowns or stressful
moments. Mahsa is also very adept at “reading” our child’s needs - for instance, when she needs more encouragement to eat, or when she needs a moment to reset, or when she needs to let out her energy. Mahsa has been instrumental to our child’s learning development as well - from counting to the alphabet to fine motor skills. Our child sees Mahsa as a very important person to her - and she is to us too! 

Mahsa has been taking care of our 1.5 year old son regularly now for almost half a year. We initially hired her when our main Nanny was our and we liked her so much that she is now helping us out  regularly a few days a week. Our son loves playing with Mahsa and they have a lot of fun. Mahsa makes playtime very interactive with different activities. She's also great at the basics like feeding and changing him. Mahsa is very caring and engaging and we fully trust her to take care of out son. 

Mahsa has taken care of my son via evening babysitting for over a year now and we love her! She is very patient, yet firm at the same time, and is great with doing all kinds of activities, including reading, board games, etc. with my 13 and 9 year old sons. She has a very gentle, calm demeanor with kids. 

Mahsa worked for us for over a year full time. She helped form my now toddler into a fun, musical little one. She made sure he ate and slept on our schedule and routine.  She was loving and nurturing. She helped us with laundry, dishes and other housework. She has a warm, kind disposition. She responds to feedback and direction. We are ready to put our son in daycare so we no longer need a full time nanny. We support her and know she will make a special connection with her next family. 

She also helped with our older kids after school. They also were connected with her and well cared for. 

Mahsa has been an amazing care provider for both of my daughters since they were practically newborns. My girls are both now 7 and (almost) 5 and still consider her to be their favorite babysitter by far. She's practically a part of the family and I appreciate her for all that she's done for us - especially when we transitioned to a single-parent household. 

I highly recommend hiring her as a care provider for your family.

I have known Mahsa since December 2021 and she has worked with my now 3 year old son on and off since then. Mahsa would do fun and creative arts and crafts activities, among other educational and fun activities. My son absolutely loved playing with Mahsa and always looked forward to seeing her. She was always flexible with scheduling, which was much appreciated! Mahsa is loving, trustworthy, and knowledgeable about early childhood education, and truly understands how to connect with children. I highly and wholeheartedly recommend her! 

Mahsa has been working with us for a little over a year now. Both of our kids (2 and 6) are excited to see her every weekend and have fun together. They read, sing,  draw, and play outside. Mahsa’s very energetic and responsible, and we feel fortunate to have her taking care of our little ones.

Mahsa worked with us for one month. Mahsa took care of our 1-yo boy. He loved being with her. She helped with light housework and meal prep for the baby. dependable and reliable. She also knows how to sleep train and helped him develop a good sleep routine. We really appreciate her help and would definitely rehire her in the future.

Mahsa was excellent with my 3-year old son and 5-month old baby. She was caring, engaging, responsible, and trustworthy. I will definitely hire her again!

My husband had to travel on short notice leaving me to solo parent my energetic 2 yr old son and my 9 mo old daughter and I was desperate for help over the weekend.  Masha responded quickly to my request and came to help me on Sunday.  She arrived on time and she immediately jumped in to entertain my son so that I could put the baby down for a nap.  My son had a great time with her and said that he wanted to play with her again soon!

Mahsa watched my almost 2 y/o son for 2 days. She was a very reliable, kind, pleasant, and punctual caregiver. She worked on fun craft activities and had lots of creative playtime with him. Mahsa has a warm personality and is also patient and good with toddlers. I would definitely hire her for future jobs.

Mahsa is amazing! My kids absolutely love her and still talk about her. She is so sweet and caring. She gave me peace of mind.  She's so mothering and I felt that we were aligned in how we do things.

I have one infant and toddler, and Mahsa was taking care of them patiently. My kids had happy time with her. We love Mahsa and we would like to continue working with her if we hadn't moved out of area. Mahsa thank you for all your help.

Mahsa (our kids call her Bella) worked with our family for almost a year before she moved out of the area to pursue her educational and career goals. Bella was very loving with our kids (she started with us when they were ages 7 and 1) and we could be confident leaving when she was home with them. She also helped with housework and meal prep, and for about 6 months drove our 7 year old to her after school activities. 

When she moved back to the area, we continued to hire her to help with the kids and household help. 

Bella is trustworthy and responsible and the kids (both prone to separation anxiety) are comfortable with her and excited to see her each time she comes over.

Highly recommended! She watched our daughter from age 2 to 4. She is fantastic with little ones. She also loved to create and do art with our daughter which was something that was very special to us. She is kind and caring!

Mahsa was a great sitter for three kids, including two special needs boys and a highly demanding 10yo girl. She created fun games to get all the kids involved, cooked for them, and did a great job communicating with their parents. I would highly recommend her to any family.
