About makayla

Hi! My name is Kayla, and I have a strong background in childcare with experience working with children of all ages. I grew up helping care for my siblings, which sparked my passion for working with kids early on. For the past year and a half, I've worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), supporting children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills. Before that, I worked in childcare and daycare settings for about a year, gaining hands-on experience with infants through pre-teens. I'm patient, calm, and friendly, and I love creating a safe, fun, and structured environment. I'm CPR and First Aid certified and comfortable caring for multiple children. I'm also happy to help with light housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, crafts, and outdoor activities. I value clear communication and will always keep you updated.
