About Makayla

Caring for children is truly close to my heart. After I lost my mom, I helped raise my younger brother for nine years. That experience shaped who I am--patient, nurturing, and dependable. For the past four years, I've also worked professionally in childcare. I have training in Early Childhood Education and hold current CPR and First Aid certifications. I love being hands-on and engaged, whether we're playing outside, reading, doing crafts, or just enjoying quality time together. I treat every child as if they were my own and always respect the household's rules and routines. I communicate openly with parents through texts, calls, or in person--whatever works best for you. I'm happy to assist with cooking, light housekeeping, travel, carpooling, or swimming supervision. It brings me true joy to know I can make a positive impact in a child's life and be someone families can count on *I am working full time so I can only do weekends!**
