I am a Registered Behavior Technician working in a school setting with children ages 2-6, supporting children with a wide range of needs and behaviors. I have experience managing high-energy or challenging behaviors while maintaining a calm, patient, and steady approach. I hold a college degree and enjoy creating fun, engaging days through outdoor play, sports, board games, and educational activities. I respect household rules and value open communication, providing updates through in-person check-ins, texts/ calls. I'm also experienced with diaper changes and supporting potty training while following each child's pace and parents' guidance. I speak both English and Spanish. Working with kids has been incredibly rewarding for me, as I love watching them grow, learn, and gain confidence each day.
