Mallory

We were so anxious about hiring some unknown person from the internet to care for our two young boys, and finding Mallory was such a blessing! We felt immediately comfortable with her and our kids warmed to her right away. Our children have thrived in her care and she has become an integral part of our family. As a very anxious parent, it’s so wonderful to feel so confident that my kids are not only safe with her but having fun, enriching days with plenty of outdoor play. She is kind, punctual, and great at communication. She also gets great photos of the kids which are such a joy to receive when stuck at work!! She is a caregiver of the highest caliber and a truly beautiful human. 

Honestly, we are over the moon that we found Mallory! She is responsive, engaging with our little one and helping encourage meeting milestones. I studied human development in undergrad so it was important to us to have someone with a good grasp on what is developmentally appropriate for our LO, and also carried the same value of a more gentle parenting type. I love her energy and authentic kindness and care for our son and our family. Truly a rewarding relationship that we plan on continuing even beyond when our guy is ready for preschool.

Mallory has been a consistently amazing nanny for my son over the past 3 years. She is gentle, kind, warm, and loving. She is a clear communicator and loves the kids she cares for like her own. She provides enrichment activities that are age appropriate, prioritizes near-daily outside time and play for the kids, and feeds their curiosity. Shes navigated the 2s and 3s with us with gentle discipline that aligned with our parenting style. I’m so grateful she has been in our lives and I’m so sad our nanny share time together is coming to an end as our boys launch to school. 

Mallory is the best nanny and person! She worked for our family full time for 1.5 years, first caring for both of our children, then seamlessly transitioning into a share with another family. She was never late, and spent her time exposing our children to a wonderfully community of nannies And kids at play groups, parks, and everywhere in between. I'm happy to do any reference anytime for Mallory because we miss her so, so much and know she deserves the best.

Mallory is the best. She takes the kids out every single day. She is very timely and open with her communication. She is very easy going- if the kids need any adjustment in the schedule she is quick to do so. Would hire her again 100,000 times.

Mallory is one of those kind, warm and funny souls you immediately feel comfortable around, and our 6 week old baby was smitten from day one. She has been with him for 7 months, and babysat for our preschooler who is also crazy about her. 

She treats children with respect, is responsive, open, and perfectly suited to her profession; you can tell she genuinely finds joy in being with children.  She is knowledgeable about many aspects of child development. She loves to be on the go, and I've received adorable photos of my children at the beach, at the park, reading in a sunbeam in her arms, and more. The past few months I've been lucky enough to witness her integrity, care, skill, knowledge, and love. She has enriched not only our baby's life, but mine as well.

Mallory is a lovely person and nanny. My kids adored her! She was always punctual, reliable, communicated well, and could jump right into our morning craziness seamlessly. She made sure my kids got to school and activities on time and was always doing fun projects with them at home! I highly recommend Mallory and would have her watch my children again in a heartbeat. 

Mallory has cared for my children for a year and I feel so fortunate that we found each other. My sons love her like family. She is a patient, reliable and empathetic caregiver. She is an active and engaged with the kids she cares for. My children have spent nearly all their days with her at the park, community center or zoo. She has organized nanny-shares which enabled my younger son valuable opportunities to socialize with and care for kids (outside of our family) before he is old enough to enter preschool. She has really saved me on several occasions when I needed care in an emergency since we do not have grandparents or aunts and uncles nearby. My family is lucky to have Mallory in our lives.

We LOVE Mallory!  She is so sweet and kind to my 4 y/o daughter.  My daughter really enjoys her time with Mallory and is so excited to spend time with her.  She is so professional and a great communicator (which is so important)!  Overall, she is simply amazing!

Mallory D. is one of the most amazing child-care providers we have ever worked with. She is attentive, creative, dependable, flexible, thoughtful and kind. Due to the needs of our family, we are switching to an Au Pair. It will be really hard to not have Mallory be part of our day-to-day life.

Mallory likes to create structure around her days, and plans educational and creative opportunities for our boys every week. She has a boundless enthusiasm and energy that our twin sons completely embraced.

Mallory took our two boys to parks, the zoo, play areas, the aquarium, and many other events that filled their days with stories and joy. Whenever the weather cooperated, Mallory would be sure to plan much of the day outside.  She took advantage of the large number of parks and community centers in our neighborhood, making sure the boys explored they things they loved. She went out of her way to send photos and texts so we always could feel included in the fun they were having.

Mallory always has the best interests of our children in mind, and would reach out to us to discuss changes in behavior and mood. She communicates clearly, consistently and honestly, and helps us understand what's going on with our boys when we can't be with them.

Mallory also went above and beyond her job description on many occasions, tidying up the house, taking out the garbage, emptying the dishwasher, and other tasks that helped make our week a little easier.

In short, Mallory is the gold standard in nannies, and anyone who hires her will hit the jackpot.

She's great with our twin boys (10 months old). She has a flexible nighttime schedule as well which has been wonderful for us. We highly recommend Mallory!

Mallory is currently our nanny for our 16 month old twins and we couldn't be happier with her.  It is very apparent that she loves her work and our boys love her too.  She is trustworthy, punctual, and is always engaging in creative activities with our boys.  Most of all, she is a loving and sincere caregiver.  I feel our boys are in wonderful hands.
