I have 15+ years working as a medical professional in family and internal medicine. I also have 10 years of experience in geriatric care involving dementia and long term care for certain disabilities. I am currently available to take on one full time family. I have the skill set and experience to develop and maintain a routine care plan for your loved one(s) who wish to stay in their home rather than transfer over to assisted living. Other services offered: -Vetting and hiring care staff -Developing routine care plan -Managing Medication -Shopping, doctor visits and random errands -Training staff and family on proper physical, occupational and speech therapy tactics (per doctor orders). -Meal prep/planning in accordance to cultural background and/or diet restrictions -End of Life Planning- ADL, POLST And Living Wills -Certified End of Life Doula Care I am also available to help work as a caregiver. I have an abundance of references and willing to share those upon request.
