I have been a nanny for more than 20 years from newborn to age 7. At present I have been working for this family three years and seven months. I have an excellent reference, Tust line, clean driver's record and CPR certified.

Manjula cared for my children for over 4 years. She started watching my youngest when he was 3 months old. I have had other caregivers but Manjula was not only amazing with the kids, she became a member of our family. The kids are in school now and Manjula still babysits for us on date nights. The kids adore her and so do I. I could not make a higher recommendation.

She openly and consistently communicates with us about our expectations, our son's development, and,   although rarely needed, any scheduling conflicts that may prevent her from her ability to be available in ample time to allow us to make alternative arrangements.  

She is extremely organized and has a strong work ethic as evidenced by her ability to excel at her duties as a full-time nanny for two toddlers. She maintains a schedule for the children, participates in activities with them daily, and has been instrumental in our son's development. She is also flexible, many times arriving early or staying late on short notice when necessary. Finally, and perhaps most important to us as first time parents, she is very trustworthy. We have never worried about the safety of our son when he is with Manjula.

Manjula has been working with our son since he was 9 months! She is absolutely amazing! I am a pediatrician and find it hard to leave my son with anyone! I never think twice with Manjala! My son loves her so much and will miss her when we move! She is absolutely the best!

Manjula started taking care of our son when I was just returning to work, 4 months after he was born.  I was so scared to leave him, but Manjula's sweet, gentle nature was just the thing for both me and the baby.  She helped me get through all of the bumps of leaving the baby to work full time, including helping me to figure out how much I needed to pump and assuring me when I was stressed out.  My son of course adored her and enjoyed the walks that Manjula took him on and thrived on the developmentally appropriate play that Manjula engaged him in.  We would have stayed with Manjula for the long-haul, but for the fact that we had to move about 6-7 months into working with her, which was very sad for our family.  I highly recommend Manjula, particularly to new mothers, like myself, and their infants!

Manjula worked for me for over 7 years and helped raise my two boys. She was like a member of our family too. She cared about the children just like I did and I couldn't have asked for more.
