About Manuel

I'd describe my personality as friendly, trustworthy & caring. I like caring for seniors because I enjoy learning their life stories especially about when they were young. I'm looking for a job that's flexible and allows me to use my hospitality skills like cooking and talking with the ones I'm caring for. If I am helping an active senior, I can encourage them to exercise and exercise along with them. I started caring for seniors when my mother in law could no longer get in and out of the car. I'd go to the store and cook for her, paint her house, cut her grass & trim her bushes. Most recently, I've helped an elderly neighbor go to the store & take her car to the shop. In my spare time, I like to go to church and for walks with my wife and dog. I also like to play soccer and play with my 4 grandsons. My skills include cooking, being a great companion/listener and being able to drive seniors where needed. I am bilingual in English and Spanish. References available upon request.
