Beware of hiring Marcia. I hired Marcia, and on more than one occasion she said she was coming and never showed up, as well as not calling to say she was not coming before or after the date agreed upon. She was a total disappointment.

Marcia cleaned for my mother until she went into an assisted living.  She was an excellent hire.  Not only was she a top notch cleaning professional but was very kind and caring as well.   She was meticulous and always kept in touch with me about anything she thought was needed.  She even worried about her eating her lunch!   I give her a 100 percent recommendation.

I believe this is an agency who sends out different women. The woman who showed up was very nice and followed instructions but looks nothing at all like the woman in the picture. The telephone number is a central person communicating on their behalf, and "Marcia" was very late 2x with no communication. When I texted her she said she was in the train, 5 mins away. Which is impossible - the train is not near my home:) With guidance and instructions "Marcia" did a good job of cleaning. But she told me she fell, can't walk, and can't come back for a few weeks- and she instead offered me her cousin, who she said cleans well. I passed.

Marcia did such an impressive job cleaning my home. I was so happy with her work. She was attentive, friendly, respectful and meticulous. She took her time and as a result my home was perfectly cleaned. She followed instructions and put effort into every detail.  I could only say positive things about Marcia and I am looking forward to her returning.
