I hired Marfa to help with packing for a move and she was excellent! She worked fast but paid attention to details and was very careful. Now that I have moved and unpacked, I found that everything she packed was secure and organized. Nothing at all was damaged or handled poorly. Bio says nothing about needing clients to provide their own cleaning products or tools, and nothing was communicated during our correspondence about this expectation. I asked if it made more sense to reschedule at a different date so she could bring basic items like a mop or vacuum, and this was not an option. I communicated the number of bedrooms and baths in our home during initial correspondence (along with our home address), and was given a time and cost estimate. Upon arriving, she said it would take longer, and that her estimate was based on cleaning an apartment.



Marfa does a great job.  She is reliable, thorough, and always has a smile on her face.  Our 2 cats like her too!  I highly recommend her.
