This was my first time booking a caregiver through care.com and I was hesitant, but Meg was extremely kind and professional when we spoke on the phone before the job and she put me at ease. She arrived early and was attentive to the notes I was giving her. She also immediately engaged my son and was very confident in her ability to take care of my infant. When I arrived home, my baby had woken up and all was well. She did a phenomenal job; my kids were well cared for and had fun, she communicated super well, and overall was just a joy. I hope to hire Meg again and highly recommend her.
