I started working with kids when I was 14 and babysat. Since then, I have earned two BFAs, taught kids English in Europe, worked with children in schools while serving in the Peace Corps, helped kids in family shelters as a social worker, and created programming for kids and adults as a Volunteer Support Specialist . I now have an 11-month-old and run a small preschool out of our home. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my husband and baby as well as run, read, volunteer, and sew. My skills include teaching, community building, farming, and art. I'm first aid & CPR certified. Where do I start? She’s become family, she’s become friend. Margaret is a person who will be in your life and your child’s life hopefully for a long time. I hired Margaret in 2020 during the pandemic, to care for my then baby who is now turning 6 years old. She was also my primary nanny who my daughter who was born on 2021. Our family loves her. Through her we have also met others who have been bart of our lives through recommendations from Margaret. When Margaret announced she was opening a daycare, and was half tempted to pull my daughter from school she she could be with our Margaret. Wishing Margaret the best on this new chapter in her life🩷
