About Margaret

Hi! My name is Maggie, and I have years of experience caring for children of all ages and abilities. I've worked with special needs children my whole life as a personal care assistant to my younger brother with Down syndrome, which has taught me patience, compassion, and adaptability. I've also worked as a summer camp counselor, a lifeguard for five years, and taught private swim lessons to children and adults of all ages. Over the years, I've babysat friends and family, gaining hands-on experience with infants through school-aged children. I'm CPR certified and safety-focused while still keeping activities fun and engaging. I love arts and crafts, being outdoors, and creating a positive, supportive environment where kids feel safe and cared for.
