I have been work for many years, lots of experience in the house cleaner job, my references is the best one someone can have and I can provide it upon request. I'm very flexible, I love pets and kids. In my job I use to do a general cleaning like kitchen, bathrooms, dust vacuum window seals, baseboards, organize etc. I usually to make a interview to talk with the owner to take a look of the house to make sure exactly what their preferences in terms of the cleaning and schedule. Maria has cleaned our home for 2+ years. She has high standards and is detailed and even does extras like folding throw blankets, washing dishes left in the sink, etc. She is mature, trustworthy, professional, thorough, and kind. I would hire her again and recommend her to my family.

She came out to look at my 1000 foot apartment and stated that she wanted $180 per clean to clean every other week.  This was way over her stated $25 rate. Past cleaners have finished in two hours. So she wanted $90 an hour! Outrageous!!!  I did not hire her

Maria and I chatted via message on Care.com. We agreed to meet at my house to go over the job. She arrived on time, I was ten minutes late picking up my daughter from school, but I let her know that and she seemed understanding. Our interview was pleasant and I told her what I was looking for. We toured the house.  We ended the conversation like this, she told me she'd text me references ASAP and she might be able to help me on a Fridays. The next day, I never heard from her so I texted via Care.com and asked her to kindly let me know either way if it was a good fit because I needed to hire someone quickly. 
That was a few days ago and NO RESPONSE. Please don't waste people's time. I totally understand if the job doesn't fit the schedule or it's not something of interest, But I finding ignoring someone Very unprofessional. A text message with a NO thank you, would have been sufficient.
As far as the job she does, I can't speak to that because I never had the opportunity.

Maria is Wonderful! She is very thorough, professional and never seems like she is rushing to get to another job. Maria is very flexible as well. I have asked her to tackle different chores on occasion and she is always willing.  I like her and her work ethics are impeccable.

I have used Cristina's (Maria) services for more than 10 years. I wouldn't even consider using anyone else. Not only is she exceptional at cleaning she is absolutely trustworthy. We consider her part of our family and love her dearly.
