About Maria

Hello, my name is Maria! I'm a proud charter school district admin retiree where I supported grades K-12. During that time, I loved being part of a school environment and connecting with wonderful students-something I truly miss every day. As a mother of 5 adult children and grandmother to 4, I've spent 40+ years creating a safe, nurturing, and loving environment for children. One of the greatest joys of my life is providing recurring childcare for my grandchildren. I'm now in a season where I'd love to support families who need reliable one-time or on an as-needed basis childcare. I enjoy making life easier for parents, following and respecting each family's household rules and communication preferences. I'm passionate about cooking so would be happy to prepare meals or support with light housekeeping. I have some college experience and am fluent in English and Spanish.
