Hello, my name is Maria. I'm extremely passionate and always ready to take on the new opportunities supporting the well-being and independence of our seniors. I feel they have so much knowledge and history to teach us. It's so important to help them keep their independence as long as possible. I take pride in caring for your senior as if they are a member of my own family. I'm a 3rd year nursing student working towards my RN. I have over 10 years experience with Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, Dementia, post-op and wound care. I'm able to provide respite care, transportation, personal care, light housekeeping, and more. I am experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or behavioral changes. I communicate well with families through written reports and verbal updates. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I'm eager to bring my skills and caring nature to your family, providing peace of mind and exceptional care for your loved one.
