While Mariah was wonderful with my son and his care for the most part, I was very lenient with phone usage and other activites while my son sleeped and it was s tressed many time not to be on her phone, she would still be attentive to her phone and having conversations on the phone while my son was awake in her care. And upon talking to her one last time she didnt even give a 2 week notice but quit immediately due to me saying she couldn't be on her phone. And what hours she was and wasn't going to work. She did well with my son and he was always content with her. `My only concerns were her phone obsession and tardiness.
