Maria has worked for us for about 1.5 years. When she started my children were 4 months, 9 years, and 10 years old. Maria was always on time if not early to work, and she had to drive a long distance very early in the morning each day that she worked for us. Maria was very much on top of all the kid's school activities, sports, always keeping me updated. I trust Maria 100% with my children, she doesn't text while driving, or engage in any other unsafe behavior. We have a pool and I knew she was absolutely trustworthy after the first couple weeks. Maria always got the kids to all their activities and school on time, kept the baby on her schedule, ran errands for me when needed, and was overall a wonderful nanny. Maria is an excellent communicator and takes constructive criticism very well, adjusting appropriately to my needs/requests. She is thoughtful and always thinking forward. Maria didn't call off sick the entire time she worked for us.
