For the past 23 years, I've been privileged to support adults and seniors in a hospital and home setting. As a Cna, I provide respite care, personal care ( feeding, bathing, toileting, dressing, oral care ), light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medical management. I also offer transportation for doctors appointments, errands and shopping. I am experienced in hospice services , infectious disease, med-surg , telemetry, strokes , dementia and alzheimer's care. Adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. I communicate with families through written daily reports, texts or calls always following their preferred method. Creating a comfortable environment is essential to building a strong connection with your loved one. I am patient, compassionate, reliable and friendly.
