About Maria

Maria is an exceptional caregiver in so many ways! She got us through the first 14 weeks’ worth of nights with our baby boy, who was born prematurely by 7 weeks and was in the NICU for a month. She is kind, thoughtful and most importantly, very knowledgeable about how to care for newborns. From the very first night, we felt comfortable having her in our home. She has the emotional intelligence to know how anxious or nervous parents can be, and does a really good job of providing input without coming across as pushy. She was easily able to onboard to the apps we were already using (Nanit, Nara) to track our baby’s feeds & diapers, making the transition from night to morning very seamless. Our son was incredibly well taken care of and thrived under her care. Our goal for our time with Maria was to get help with getting him to sleep through the night, which involved planning his feed volumes, playtimes, etc in a schedule week-over-week. Maria was able to give us detailed plans and guidance on how to make it happen, and we’re thrilled that we were able to get to the place where our son sleeps through the night before her time with us ended. We would absolutely hire Maria again if we have another child! She is the best of the best!
