About Maria

Hi, my name is María. I'm a kind, patient, and caring person who truly enjoys working with children. I have 5 years of experience as a caregiver and always bring a calm, compassionate approach. I love creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment where kids can be themselves, learn, and grow. What draws me to caregiving is the joy and energy that children bring. It's so rewarding to be part of their day whether helping with routines, playing, doing crafts, or simply being someone they can count on. A little about me: I recently graduated with my Associate Degree in Psychological Sciences from Palomar College. I enjoy gym, hiking, music, dancing, and being creative. I also speak three languages that's Q'anjonal, Spanish and English and love using play, storytelling, and arts and crafts to connect with children in meaningful ways.
