We have three little ones, and Maria joined our family when the youngest was just 9 months old. The baby is now 4, bilingual, and always sad to see Maria go—she truly adores her. Maria supports us every school morning, helping all three kids get ready. She drives the youngest to and from preschool and gets the older two from the bus. She also handles transportation to and from sports practices, music events, birthday parties, and even doctor and dental appointments. Maria is incredibly hands-on. Whether she’s on the floor playing with dolls or out walking to the playground, she’s fully engaged. My youngest actually looks forward to me going to work because it means she gets to spend time with Maria! On top of her amazing care, Maria helps with laundry, keeps the house tidy, and makes sure the kids are well-fed throughout the day. I feel truly blessed to have such a dedicated, loving person helping to care for my children.
