Mariana (Mari) has been with our family full-time since February 2025, when our son was just 4 months old. As our son approaches his first birthday and begins daycare this fall, we feel so grateful for the care and love Mari has given him during this first year. Mari is affectionate, dependable, and has been very helpful keeping our son on a routine. Her prior infant experience was extremely helpful to us as first time parents -- she's offered thoughtful guidance around sleep training, separation anxiety, introduction to solids, toys/items to buy, and developmental milestones like rolling and crawling. She is punctual and reliable, arriving at 8am each day, and is frequently open to working extra hours when needed. Beyond her professionalism, Mari is kind, generous, and easygoing. She takes direction well, communicates clearly, and brings a calm and warm presence to our home. We've loved having Mari care for our son and recommend her to other families looking for infant-care.
