I'm a dedicated caregiver with years of experience supporting seniors, including those with Alzheimer's and dementia. My background in yoga, (specializing in senior yoga) nutrition, and wellness allows me to take a holistic approach to care - focusing on mobility, balance, and gentle strengthening to enhance independence and overall wellbeing. I'm skilled in medication and insulin administration, mobility support, and rehabilitation assistance, as well as personal care, meal prep, and light housekeeping. I'm also a great listener and caring companion, genuinely enjoying conversation, laughter, and connection throughout the day. I love animals and am very comfortable in homes with pets - they often bring so much joy and comfort to my clients. I believe in creating a calm, encouraging environment where my clients feel heard, respected, and cared for. I truly love what I do and treat every person I work with as I would my own family - with patience, warmth, and compassion.
