Maria Q was fantastic and exceeded our expectations with dad. Immediately, upon meeting her, we knew she would be the ideal fit. She arrived early to shifts, prepared, pleasant, always chipper, and this always put a smile on dad's face. Even though he suffered from Dementia, it's like he knew, and waited for her to arrive each day. He would not eat lunch for anyone, but her. Maria just had a way about her and always knew how to bring his spirits up, even on the worst of days. She was consistent with cleanliness, keeping dad on schedule, getting him out for walks, listening to music, and did an extraordinary job communicating and understanding his needs.
