We hired Maria a few times to watch our 3 month old baby and she did a great job! She was very engaged with her and did a lot of developmental play, had some good recommendations for us as parents, and I learned quite a bit just from watching her interact with our baby. Always came on time and was easy to communicate with and reliable.
