I adapt to changing routines and de-escalate stressful situations. I handle confusion, agitation, and behavioral changes. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me when building a connection with your loved one. I speak English, French and Creole.
