I have a college degree and one year of experience providing care. I am patient, calm, compassionate, and friendly. I provide verbal updates during visits and written daily reports. I also follow the family's preferred communication method. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me. I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion with care. I also de-escalate stressful situations when needed. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I speak English and French. I look forward to bringing my skills and heart to your family.
