I am a Professional Executive Assistant, with over 10 years of experience helping those that are aging would like to remain physically active with a Specialty in Brain Health. I also provide temporary, short term Respite care. I will be an advocate, as I have experience in navigating care when there is no family available or someone is in a care center. I am very knowledgeable and experienced with skills in health and wellness aspects as a Certified Nutritional coach. I am comfortable with pets and have a small minature Schnauzer that is a certified Emotional Support dog that can accompany me if needed.
