I'm a retired Reading Specialist with 30 years of experience. Since retirement, I have spent 11 years caring for children in my home, from newborn to 11 years old, which has solidified my passion for nurturing their growth. I care for only one child at a time and provide a safe and comfortable learning environment. I'm creative and friendly, so I strive to make a positive impact on each child's life. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, providing regular updates at pickup, via text, or by phone. I am comfortable following your household rules. I enjoy playing some outdoor games, board games, puzzles, and educational games. I am certified in First Aid and CPR, and hold a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education. I'm happy to engage your little one in crafts, too! I have a car, and I am comfortable with pets. I would love to bring my calm and imaginative energy to your family.
