I would describe myself as reliable, compassionate, adaptable, and consistently uplifting. I have a strong passion for caring for children of all ages and understand the importance of providing families with dependable support. My goal is to give parents peace of mind by ensuring their child receives attentive, respectful, and nurturing care. I'm committed to maintaining a safe, structured, and positive environment where children feel comfortable, encouraged, and engaged. I can keep the home organized, support personal care routines, and help create a smooth, stress-free day for the child and family. I plan to transfer to Cal State to complete my Bachelor's in Social Work. I am driven, motivated, and intentional in my work. I handle challenges with grace, stay grounded in honesty and transparency, and lead with kindness, respect, and responsibility. My goal is always to help others and make a meaningful, positive impact in the community.
