About Marina

I am a nurturing nanny with a genuine passion for my work with children, bringing over 10 years of experience with infants, toddlers, and special needs children. I consider each child an individual, each with their own personality that I help to grow and cultivate. I have extensive experience with sleep training, meal preparation/diet, and potty training and I am willing and able to assist with anything else the parent's need to raise healthy and well-balanced children. I have a natural ability to understand the child's needs, challenges, and desires, and nourish a relationship that instills values, discipline, and comfort. I believe in working with the parents in a true partnership, to be their extension and incorporate their ideas for parenting, as well as offering my own knowledge and experience when it is needed.
