About Marin

Learning isn't one-size-fits-all, and I'm passionate about helping students unlock their unique potential. I create engaging and supportive learning environments. I am an Instructional Support Teacher in Elementary Ed with 3+ years of experience tutoring students high school through early college level mathematics. I hold a college degree and tailor my approach to each student's individual learning style. I keep students motivated by connecting challenging topics to real-world examples and celebrating their successes. I provide regular updates to parents to reinforce learning at home. The most rewarding part of tutoring for me is witnessing that "aha!" moment when a student truly understands a concept. I can tutor in various locations, including your home, online, or at the library. I am also a mom of two small dudes, 7 and almost-5 an understand that schedules are hectic and life changes. I am happy to be as flexible as possible to help your child succeed!
